55+ Yoga and
Whether you have been practicing yoga and Pilates for years or you have never stepped foot on a yoga mat, these are fully accessible classes. Work on your strength, balance and overall mobility. Many modifications will be given to meet you where your practice is at today.
Reformer and mat based instruction for individual, pairs and small groups. These ensure you are getting exactly what you want and need out of each class. We work together to determine areas of focus, based on your goals and abilities. Recognizing that your practice, just like life, ebbs and flows from day to day.

Mondays 5:15 pm
A Hatha based yoga class for balance, strength and overall well-being. Each week we will focus on a different area of the body or the yoga practice. Expect a good amount of movement as we flow through asanas, and combine the poses with breathing techniques. All levels welcome.

The Pilates reformer can be modified to provide the right amount of resistance for people of any age or fitness level. These classes provide finely tuned exercises which allow you to work precisely to develop alignment, core strength, and flexibility. No other exercise system is so gentle to your body while also giving it a challenging workout.
