Meet Sustainable Yogi

Namaste

Hi, I'm Amy Stubbs. A teacher and student of yoga and Pilates. I completed my first teacher training in 2016, becoming a 200-hour certified hatha yoga teacher. I have since completed trainings in Yin Yoga, Pilates Mat, Reformer Pilates, and Suspension Yoga. I have taught in many different situations including on retreat, for special events, weekly group classes and private classes. I have also taught for a wide range of individuals, adjusting my classes to meet the students where they are. This has included teaching weekly classes in schools to kindergarten through high school students, at senior’s centres, in training gyms, as well as many different levels of students in studio settings. I am always looking to grow and learn, and if you are too then you have come to the right place.

Mondays, 5:15 pm at Femme Fitness Lindsay

A Hatha based yoga class for balance, strength and overall well-being. Each week we will focus on a different area of the body or the yoga practice. Expect a good amount of movement as we flow through asanas, and combine the poses with breathing techniques. All levels welcome.
